Part 1: Terms & Conditions

1. Scope of Services

Love & Level Up Co., founded by Janelle Love, NBC-HWC, provides Nationally Board Certified Health & Wellness Coaching and intuitive card readings.

  • Wellness Coaching: Focuses on client-led goal setting, lifestyle guidance, nervous system support, and personal growth.

  • Intuitive Card Readings: Offer perspective, self-reflection, and energetic insight.

2. Disclaimer & Scope of Practice

Coaching and intuitive card readings are designed for self-development, personal growth, and educational purposes only.

  • Not Medical or Psychological Advice: Services provided by Love & Level Up Co. are not a substitute for professional medical advice, mental health therapy, psychotherapy, diagnosis, or psychiatric treatment.

  • Client Responsibility: You remain fully responsible for your own physical health, mental well-being, decisions, and actions. If you are experiencing a medical emergency or mental health crisis, please consult a licensed healthcare professional immediately.

3. Bookings, Cancellations & Rescheduling

All sessions, packages, and card readings are scheduled through our online booking system (Acuity Scheduling).

  • Strict No Refund Policy: All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, partial refunds, or returns on any purchases, sessions, packages, or rendered services under any circumstances.

  • Rescheduling Policy: If you need to change your session time, we require at least 24 hours' notice prior to your appointment to reschedule. Appointments rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed due to a late arrival/no-show (more than 10 minutes late), will be forfeited without a refund or credit.

  • Transfers: Booked sessions and purchased packages are non-transferable to other individuals.

4. Pricing & Fee Adjustments

  • Rate Changes: Prices for all services, packages, single sessions, and memberships offered by Love & Level Up Co. are subject to change at any time without prior notice.

  • Active Services & Bookings: Any price adjustments will not affect services, single sessions, or packages that have already been purchased or booked prior to the date of the rate change.

  • Memberships & Recurring Billing: For ongoing monthly memberships, clients will be provided with at least 30 days’ written notice via email prior to any changes in recurring membership fees taking effect, allowing time to review or cancel the membership in accordance with our cancellation policy.

Part 2: Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

We respect your personal privacy and only collect information necessary to deliver our services, including:

  • Personal Identifiers: Your name, email address, and phone number when you fill out a form or subscribe to our newsletter.

  • Booking & Payment Data: Information required to schedule sessions and process payments safely via our secure third-party processors (Acuity Scheduling, Stripe, PayPal). We never store full credit card details on our servers.

  • Technical Data: Basic website analytics (cookies, IP addresses) used strictly to improve user experience on our site.

2. How Your Information Is Used

Your information is used solely to:

  • Process bookings, send appointment reminders, and host virtual sessions.

  • Deliver requested services (coaching and card readings).

  • Send occasional newsletter updates, insights, or special offers (you may opt out at any time).

3. Data Protection & Confidentiality

  • Confidentiality: What is shared during coaching sessions and card readings remains strictly confidential, within the bounds of legal requirements.

  • No Data Selling: We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties.

  • Third-Party Service Providers: We only share necessary data with trusted third-party tools essential to operating our business (e.g., booking schedulers, email processors, payment gateways).

4. Your Rights

You have the right to request access to the personal data we hold about you, request corrections, or unsubscribe from our marketing emails at any time by clicking the "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any email or contacting us directly.
