Not at all! While incorporating the cards is a signature feature of Love & Level Up Co., it is always 100% optional. If you prefer pure, traditional coaching without card pulls, we can tailor every session strictly around action plans, mindset, and goal-setting.

No. Coaching is action-oriented and focuses on the present and future—clarifying your purpose, building prosperity mindsets, and taking strategic steps forward. Therapy focuses on clinical diagnosis, trauma processing, and healing past wounds. While our sessions are deeply empowering, coaching is not a substitute for licensed mental health care.

Never in this space. Our readings and card pulls are strictly centered on light, positivity, and constructive clarity. Tarot is not predictive fortune-telling, nor is it set-in-stone fate—it is a mirror for your own intuition and subconscious wisdom to help you make empowered choices.

• All Sales Final: All purchases for coaching packages, single sessions, and tarot readings are strictly final and non-refundable once booked.

• Rescheduling Policy: We understand that life happens! You are welcome to reschedule your session for a new date and time up to 24 hours prior to your scheduled start time using the link in your confirmation email.

• Rescheduling Under 24 Hours & No-Shows: Rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours' notice, as well as missed appointments (no-shows or arriving more than 15 minutes late), will forfeit the session without a credit or refund.
