That is why becoming a Nationally Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC) was non-negotiable for me. Earning this credential required rigorous, evidence-based education, practical coaching hours, and passing a national board exam developed in partnership with the National Board of Medical Examiners (NBME).
